Client: Bite Me Baked

The Bite Me Baked Goods branding system for a vampire-rock inspired non-profit bakery based on the alt-persona of the owner, Logan, who bakes goods in her free time and sends proceeds to non-profits in her local community. Bite Me Baked Goods is inspired by punk-rock, comic books, and vampires. The logotype reflects the old-school blackletter utilized in the gothic horror genre known for Bram Stoker’s Dracula and the youthful approach to blackletter, as seen in the film “Lady Bird”. The illustrations’ stylization is what brings the identity together, balancing the color scheme and halftone texture with one another to create a lively and playful graphic language that could only be described as “Fangtastic”.
